I was referred to Uncommon PT for chronic low back pain (3 moderate disc bulges and arthritis issues). Cassie was my therapist and she was awesome. On my first visit she was very thorough with her questions about my history, pain level, and areas with the most pain. My treatment plan evolved into a very effective series of stretching and strengthening exercises along with occasional dry needling. Cassie was great during each session to ask how I was feeling during the exercises, did I feel they were working for me, and were there other things I wanted to try. The clinic has a variety of equipment that she could incorporate into my treatments as I was getting stronger, which was great! And of course for privacy, there are treatment areas with curtains. In addition to her professionalism, Cassie was just so pleasant to interact with each visit! Our conversation was very comfortable and enjoyable. The entire staff was actually like that as well. The whole process of getting established, etc. was very smooth.
